Many people presume that English courses in UK are tough because such courses include basic level English that non English speaking public doesn't have. Now due to this silly presumption, many bright students have been devoid of quality education.
What can be done to avoid this problem? The content of the English course can be modified according to every student and this is what is being done in all well established universities offering English courses.
This problem is different in different people. For example, 20 and 30 year old professionals would want to have an English course that pertains to their needs.
English courses in UK are constructed after conducting an analysis for every student. They make sure that such English courses have ample entertainment factor and each student is given attention from teachers. Then only, these courses will become successful in the long run.

The Canada India Education Council (CIEC), which coordinates educational ties between the two countries, is planning to launch a new program called iCARE to reduce fraud risk for Indian students. iCARE is an agent certification process that the Canadian government hopes will increase the popularity of Canada as a destination for Indian students. Recent cases of fraud and racial attacks have frightened some prospective students from studying abroad.
The CIEC is an NGO, but it is supported by the Canadian government. It is particularly important because Canada doesn't have a federal education department. Canada sees Indian students as an attractive source of revenue, so they are trying to cater to their concerns with programs like iCARE. It will ensure Indian students that Canadian university and education agents they approach are certified and thus reduce the possibility of fraud in arranging their overseas studies.
